Acting as Manager, Local Operating Partner and Co-Investor we do deliver highest institutional quality on transaction, financing, asset management and vehicle structuring services. Our multi-disciplinary and cross-border knowledge enables us to identify and realize the full potential of any investment or any strategic partnership. By securing large-scale products in an highly efficient, free of conflict, cost-saving and flexible structuring manner, we succeeded to become a trusted partner within the industry for many years.

The business was founded in 2014 and the leadership has a proven acumen and broad network derived from senior roles within UBS, the world’s leading wealth management firm, and has invested over € 2,5bn into real estate for top-tier UHNWI clientele. Equity invested per deal ranges from €10m to €120m.
